bitChat ngebantu banget buat toko online kami. AI bisa jawab pertanyaan yang sering ditanya customer, jadi admin tinggal fokus ke closing dan follow up. Broadcast promo juga lebih praktis. This is a great app for those looking for a reliable client service agent to work on whatsapp and instagram DM. We have worked with a lot of options and bitChat is the the best we have come to use so far: 1 - the agent is very reliable and the conversational model is very loyal to our knowledge base and never allucinates. The dashboard is also very easy to use and there is a lot of space for prompts. 2 - the cost - benefit of Bitchat also good as we have one provider for both whatsapp and instagram DM where we get most our demands from clients. The support is also great. Our business model is a little more complex than usual and support has been very opened to hear our issues and adapt the tool as much as possible to cover our needs.

Such a useful app for using AI on WhatsApp. The customer support team is really helpful and responsive. My brand has a lot of different items, and the AI is able to fetch almost everything quickly. Sometimes it misses one or two products, but whenever that happens, the support team jumps in right away to fix it. Overall a great experience!
