Inicialmente dejé una reseña de una estrella porque, tras varios intentos, no recibí el soporte que necesitaba y terminé desinstalando la aplicación. Después de publicar esa reseña, el equipo se puso en contacto conmigo por WhatsApp. Desde ese momento fueron muy atentos, mostraron una excelente disposición para ayudar, respondieron mis consultas e incluso me reembolsaron el importe pagado, algo que valoro y agradezco. Sin embargo, creo que es importante mencionar que ese contacto solo ocurrió después de mi reseña. Mi sugerencia es que mejoren el seguimiento postventa y el proceso cuando un cliente desinstala la aplicación o cancela el servicio. Contactar a los usuarios en ese momento para entender los motivos y ofrecer ayuda probablemente evitaría que muchas experiencias terminen de forma negativa. Agradezco la atención recibida finalmente y espero que esta sugerencia les sirva para seguir mejorando su servicio.
