Installing and setting up the survey was easy, and we’re already receiving valuable customer feedback. We’re excited to have reviews feed into our Google store and help boost our ratings.

We just signed up for this review app about a month ago and the setup was easy. The trust badge is a nice touch that we can add to our site so customers can see how we are doing when compared to other sites who may only show positive feedback.

App is super simple to install, all you need is your customer number to launch it and then add the code to site is super simple as all you need to do is copy and paste it from your customer page. Im grateful there is a trustworthy site that will allow customers to leave reviews (other sites do not allow these niche sites to be part of their review app). So if you are looking to get your site reputation up or see where you lack this app is perfect.

Bizrate gives us excellent customer feedback and has helped us identify opportunities for change we've implemented. Just yesterday a customer survey made us aware of an error on our website we were able to fix. Our account manager has been amazing as well!
