Bizrate Customer Feedback

We've relied on Bizrate Insights to collect customer feedback and reviews for years on our old Magento site, so when we migrated to Shopify, keeping Bizrate in place was a top priority. The transition couldn't have gone smoother — installation and configuration took a fraction of the time we expected, and we were up and running collecting verified reviews and feedback almost immediately. What's really stood out is the support team. At one point after our migration, reviews had actually stopped coming in — turned out we'd missed checking a box during setup — and their team caught it and reached out to us proactively before we'd even noticed ourselves. That kind of attentiveness says a lot. Every question we've had has been answered quickly and thoroughly, and it's clear they genuinely want the integration to work well for you, not just get you set up and gone.
