We have used Bizrate for several years and the feedback we receive from customers has been invaluable. We regularly monitor the results, and it's proven to be a key part of making sure we are delivering the best possible service to our customers. We also get value from the business reviews conducted by the Bizrate team. It's a great way to summarize and highlight an ongoing issue that would have been difficult to figure out on our own.
