We have been using them for over a decade first as a custom built site and now on shopify. Have always been super easy to work with and the app is a breeze to setup and collect reviews for google.
App is super simple to install, all you need is your customer number to launch it and then add the code to site is super simple as all you need to do is copy and paste it from your customer page. Im grateful there is a trustworthy site that will allow customers to leave reviews (other sites do not allow these niche sites to be part of their review app). So if you are looking to get your site reputation up or see where you lack this app is perfect.
