Cette application fait-elle son travail ? Je n'en sais rien. J'aurais aimé poser une question simple avant de l'installer : "les connexions depuis des pays bloqués apparaissent-elles dans Google Analytics ?" La réponse de l'IA de Google est oui... J'ai vraiment bien cherché, mais je n'ai trouvé aucun moyen de contacter les développeurs. Ni ici, ni sur leur site. J'ai fini par l'installer pour voir directement sur la page le message indiquant que les visites seraient quand même visibles dans mes rapports Analytics. Alors, pourquoi ne pas simplement ajouter cette information directement dans l'App Store ?

Vous pouvez toujours nous écrire directement à "[email protected]", et nous serons ravis de répondre à vos questions, même avant l’installation. Pour information, Shopify permet aussi de contacter le développeur de n’importe quelle application installée directement depuis votre interface admin : "Shopify Admin → Apps → App settings → Cliquez sur les trois points à côté de l’application → Get Support" Ce message est envoyé directement à l’équipe de support de l’application. Nous apprécions également votre suggestion d’ajouter cette information plus clairement dans la fiche de l’App Store, et nous allons en tenir compte afin d’améliorer l’expérience pour les autres marchands.
