Avoid "Shipyaari / BlazeSY" at all costs – A Nightmare for Your eCommerce Business! I’ve been using "Shipyaari" for a while now, and I regret every moment. Here's why you should stay far away from this service: Completely Unprofessional Support Their customer support team is nothing but a joke. Instead of real solutions, you get generic, pre-written excuses that never resolve any issues. Fake Weight Discrepancies They constantly charge you for "weight discrepancies" without providing a single piece of evidence to justify it. These are fabricated charges designed to take your money without any proof. Label Tampering & Theft It’s common for labels to be tampered with at their hubs, leading to lost packages. They seem to fully support this behavior from their delivery staff, which raises serious concerns about their ethics. Fake Delivery Attempts "Delivery attempts" are often reported even when customers confirm they were never contacted. Shipyaari consistently backs their dishonest delivery staff, which only creates more frustration for your customers. Support Tickets Go Unanswered I have multiple open support tickets that have been ignored for over two months. It's clear that customer concerns are not a priority for them. Zero Accountability for Lost or Damaged Shipments Lost or damaged goods? Don’t count on Shipyaari to take responsibility. They simply don't care, and you'll never get compensation for these issues. Support Team Avoids Responsibility Their support staff will play a dangerous game of passing you from one person to another, each one pointing to the other while your shipment issues remain unresolved. Handling of Fragile Items is a Joke If you're shipping fragile items, be prepared for them to arrive broken. When shipments are returned, the chances of items arriving intact are slim to none. No Claims Process for Lost or Damaged Goods If your shipment goes missing or is damaged, forget about submitting a claim. It’s virtually impossible to get any kind of resolution or reimbursement. Terrible Management From top to bottom, the management here is incompetent. They don't take your concerns seriously and don't provide any actionable solutions. You're left to fend for yourself, after you've already paid for their services. In short, Shipyaari / BlazeSY is the worst shipping partner you could ever choose for your business. If you care about your business and customer satisfaction, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. 1 star – Worst service ever!
