Honestly I'm impressed. I've recently had my first experience with their customer service team I couldn't fault their exceptional customer service representative, Lina. She truely provided me with a friendly, accurate, fast knowledge and gave me a 5 star experience, great work Lina & her manager. I had an issue yhrough the app with setting up an age verification pop up on products using specific tags on my shopify sites. Lina responded to my late night/early morning chat and had sorted my problem within 1 minute! She then followed up a few hours later with a link to some extra info on age verification which was an extremely helpful little after service add on. Great work team!
