We had a number of orders coming through at 0 price due to some tech issue with our inventory management software. Using Block It we were able to block those orders without any issue. We simply created a rule where if the product price is 0, checkout is not allowed – and it worked perfectly! The support team is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I asked them for support and they developed the needed feature within a single day. Truly impressive service and a very useful app. Highly recommended!
