Blox: Chargeback Blacklist
The reviews for the Blox app are overwhelmingly positive, with users praising its effectiveness in fraud prevention and customer blocking decisions. However, there are some users who have experienced issues with chargebacks and orders being flagged as high risk but not put on hold by Blox.
Great experience for us so far. Filled a gap we had in our current tooling, definitely a huge recommended essential item for back office, fraud prevention for anyone. Part of my personal day 1 installs here now.
Great idea for sharing blacklist across all stores using them. Hope more people use them ASAP. However need these improvements: 1. to allow adding of customers to the blocklist via tags. (Update: they implemented this, working) 2. Prevent blocked customers from checking out in the first place, not cancel after they paid. (In progress)
