While I was shocked to find out that responding to blog comments wasn't native to Shopify, I'm really glad to have Sunny - Blog Comment Manager as an option. I think the comment section could be improved a little bit. I notice that when I get a comment and I respond, it's one big block with 1. their comment, 2. ---, 3. "my business" replied, 4. my response, 5. their name and the date. The order I'd like to see is 1. commenter's name, 2. the date, 3. their comment, 4. then in a separate box, I'd like to have my response in a similar setup but right underneath and a little to the right. Does that make sense? The app does what it's supposed to do.
Thanks for the feedback randomcreativemoments! Themes will format comments in different ways, sometimes with the names and dates at the top, sometimes at the bottom (like yours). We've designed Sunny to be 'neutral', so that it looks good regardless of the theme formatting, but we are limited here, and always looking for ways to improve. Thanks again
