Fantastic app with really great customer support!

Having good success with the app especially given how challenging it is to use the standard Shopify Blog. This app makes beautiful looking articles that look very professional. Support has been extremely helpful in fixing issues as well!

This App is really easy to use, the templates available make creating and keeping up a blog a easy. The support is great, I had one little thing that I was struggling with and it was resolved very quickly. Very happy with the app overall, just what we needed.

Abby was so helpful in troubleshooting and we quickly solved the problem on my end. Thanks again for being so prompt and proactive!

I have looked for a suitable blogging option for my Shopify store. The bar was low because Shopify's native option is close to non-existant (a mystery to me), but the options were many, and because editorial is key to my business, I spent the right amount of time looking for what I needed. Blog Studio was it: affordable, rich, flexible, and with a great customer service. It can get a little buggy some time, but the team is prompt to help, and at that price point, I'm very happy with what I'm getting! Very glitchy and not thought out. Also not that straight forward and pretty basic. Cant just add text in its shape and form like, it makes you think that you can "move up and down" the text box but in reality nothing moves. Or at one point it did, press "Move up" the whole thing actually moved down. If you add a photo and a text next to it, the photo moved once the text gets longer and you cannot resize it place it elsewhere its even get distorted hence saying Glitchy!!! For super basic things...maybe it would work.

It's terrible. It started of nice but became a nuisance very soon. As I started writing my image moved to the centre. and I could not move it to the top. I could not add paragraphs coz it kept sticking the blocks next to each other. and when I deleted the additional blocks it deleted the whole article. when I added a section it looked like a new blog article. 45 mins wasted!

Blog Studio is extremely glitchy and crashes constantly. The features are complicated and difficult to use, not straightforward at all. It deleted a blog I spent hours on. I will no longer be using this app.

Bonne application, même si il y a quelques beugs. Il faudrait aussi que ce soit connecté directement aux produits et collections shopify pour faciliter l'intégration des produits dans les articles de blogue.

Customer support team is very helpful and efficient :) The app is intuitive and user friendly however some functions bug very often :(

I just started using this app, but so far it is working well. Customer service has been really responsive and a great help.

It doesn't allow drag and drop at all. What a huge waste of time. This app is seriously the most frustrating thing to use. I'm going to delete it because it does not work.

Pretty good app, much better than the vanilla Shopify blog experience but I don't think it's very intuitive and it took me a while to figure out the best way to add new content to an article

Really easy app to use to create blog and articles to promote your products. The customer service team is super helpful and responsive. A big thank you to Jordin and Anh for always coming back to me with an answer ans doing their absolute best to help with any question!

Shopify's ability to format any sort of page is REALY bad. This makes it alot easier. There are somethings that could be improved-- for example, it would be really nice to be able to update sections and have it apply those changes to all the posts it's on-- but for the price, it's worth it. Also, the customer service is really helpful! I've had a couple of questions on how to add padding, etc. and they've jumped on our site and added code to work it out.

AWFUL. no directions how to make it actually link to the website, how to add it to my menu. Spent THREE hours creating a post and saved it over and over. NOW IT'S JUST GONE. WHERE IS ALL OF MY WORK.
