No matter what we try, we can't get this to work. It does not recognize the URL of our WordPress blog whether we use the main blog listing page, a category page or an actual post. I have submitted two support requests to the provider and have received no response.

This app was really buggy for me and didn't work on Safari. At first it only imported 10 articles, but after contacting support they told me to change some default settings in Wordpress and it was able to import all my articles. It's too bad those setting changes weren't in the instructions. It was a nailbiter, because I only had 72 hour window that I had to pay up-front with the app and the support case took a day or two, although support was pleasant to work with. None of the imported articles have any pictures even though Wordpress hosts them all, so I don't fully get why I would want this app at all.
Hi, I am sorry you had a bad 1st experience while importing the posts. From your description it looks like you missed setting things up correctly. When you have a moment can you confirm one setting in your WordPress admin for me? WordPress sites set their RSS feed syndication settings to only send 10 posts by default. To update your RSS settings, go to Settings > Reading and change 'Syndication feeds show the most recent' to allow all of your posts in your feed (BlogFeeder needs access to all posts to import them). At the same time, you may want to ensure that you allow the full text in your RSS feed. Update: On checking our logs I can see you have 300 posts already imported. Would you mind letting us know if you require further assistance?

I've been using this app for years now and it works brilliantly. On top of that the Customer Service and Technical team are amazing. They answer queries and rectify glitches very quickly. I stopped blogging for a while. But as soon as I restarted I made sure I re-installed this app first. Brilliant app and team!!!

At first, it worked. But then doing a redirect on my RSS feed towards the new Atom feed of my store itself, it entered an infinite loop and recreated the articles hundreds of times and it crashed my store. Not recommended.
