I downloaded this app and a few others, and it brought even more countries in!! I had over 2,000 in one day! I wanted to block some countries from accessing my website. I have another app that can see who comes and goes; this app brought even more in! I contacted them, and they said, "Oh, you will still see it because they come to your website; we just don't allow them to go any further," which is a lie because my other app shows me exactly where they were going. Don't use this app; it will kill your bounce rate! After extensive research, I found an app that actually works!
We have never said, “Oh, you will still see it because they come to your website...”. You mentioned that you installed many apps, so we are not sure which app’s support team told you that, but it was not us. We also noticed that you left the exact same review for many other apps. This suggests this is a misunderstanding. In addition, no app has the ability to attract traffic on its own, so what you observed is very likely just a coincidence.
