Excellent support and response times. This app has helped us a great deal, the ability to block bots was vital for us and this has filled this need.

The app works great, but beyond that, the customer support is more than excellent. I will keep working with this app as long as my shop remains open.

I dont usually post reviews but this is a very high quality app and very well coded. The UI is user friendly and well thought out, everything works as it should, and there are specific features that I needed that I couldn't find in other blocking apps. Well done, keep up the good work.

This app works great at stopping countries from accessing your website. Many bad actors out there and this app stops them before they can access you website. You can white list, black list specific IP's as well. You can also block by IP or email if someone specifically targets your website. So far this is an awesome app! Have used this app 7 months now.

Wonderful App. Very Easy to setup and support is spot on and quick...The features that they have provided is unmatchable to the any other app for the purpose of web security and geo locations...including content protections etc

Hands down the absolute best Country Blocker App for Shopify. Does everything I could possibly want - and it's currently free, Great tech support from David too. No problem too small or too big.

satisfied with the app overall. However looks like there may be room for improvement since I am getting an error message from time to time the last few days :"Failed, Try again". I would certainly give it a rating of 4.5 stars otherwise.

In the last weeks, quite often we don't have access to the Visitors Analytics (Failed, try again). Happens that lasts a minute of ten. Besides that the app is very good. Say: 4,5 stars !

In order to maintain better performance of our app, our system backend will clean up redundant data during weekends when there are fewer online users, which may cause a delay in the response time on the app's frontend interface and result in some merchants experiencing temporary difficulty accessing the app's interface. This process usually lasts for 10 to 20 minutes. Please don't worry if you encounter a situation where the app's frontend interface cannot be opened, as the app's functionality is still operating normally during this time, but the frontend interface may not be displayed temporarily. And the APP will be back to normal in few minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

The app works great but the only problem is a lot of legit customers using iclouds internet relay which is like a vpn is getting blocked. can add an option to unblock this?

Thank you very much for your review. Usually, the IP addresses of the same ISP are in the same IP range, you can add the IP range to the whitelist, then our APP will ignore them even if they are using VPN. If you still have any question, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks again.
