We have had a Shopify store for many years, using several apps to enhance it. This app is, without doubt, the one we value the most. We, like other businesses, want to provide the best we can for our customers, and to do that, we need to be confident in our own systems. This App gives us the peace of mind we need to focus on what we do best, leaving the technical problem-solving and security of our site to the experts. We have no hesitation in recommending this App or the people behind it. Amy and the team answered our questions thoroughly, so we can understand the problem in simple terms. When a matter arose we were not confident in completing, Amy and the team took over and got us covered quickly. The service levels are second to none. Really! Every store owner should seriously consider this App. Not only does it do what it says, it delivers peace of mind, too. We are grateful we found this App, backed by a support that is second to none. In short, we trust the App, and the support team, who make us feel we matter to them. Thank you Amy and Team UPDATE: Since installing this App, it has proven highly effective. Since my last comments here, I have asked several questions of Amy and the team, and each received a prompt reply and an explanation of why the reply was structured as it was and the reasons behind it—this type of reply suits us well. We have learned so much from Amy and the team. The BM Boost mark works seamlessly, BM is by far best cloud security that helps actively monitor and prevent malicious lurkers onto my site. if your not protecting your assets and your customers now, you definite need to. after all, it's your job to make shopping a lot easier for your customers. do what the pros do.

Was have a problem with an unknown customer with a bogus email and questionable name enter our webstore and created all these abandoned cart records on our platform with no intentions to purchase. Found the BM Country/IP Blocker and was able to set up perimeters to counteract this from happening. So far, so good! Thank you to Amy for her help in answering some concerns we had about the app and what it could do for us... LoneStarCollectibles.net

WOW!! BM: Country blocker IP blocker (aka BoostMark) has to be, hands down, the best app we've ever used. Why?? Because not only does it work, but their support (thank you, Amy) is amazing!! Let me repeat...AMAZING!! We've had a couple of issues that needed some extra tweaking, and the Boostymark team were on to it. I mean immediately!! And not only were they on to it, they provided us with in-depth explanations of the situation so our layman brains could try to understand what was happening. So, if your site is having problems with bots, especially in regards to creating fake customer accounts, then please don't hesitate to use BoostMark. Plus, their pricing is more than worth it! Thanks again, Boostymark support!! You're the best!!

Asked Shopify for no solution, but BM supplied Block Fake Account Register Bot to solve my issue. Good recommendation.

Not only is this app the absolute best bot, country, and IP blocker, but the customer service at Boostymark is incredibly awesome. We were still in the free trial period and their support treated us like a paying customer. They helped us stop a fraudster who was using the Shopify checkout page for "Carding" (checking hundreds of credit card numbers to find valid ones). I cannot say enough good things about this company. So refreshing to see a great product at a great price with outstanding customer service. I would give them 10 stars of possible.

The need for an app to block certain Countries from being able to access my website came from receiving a bunch of scam messages and then orders that were marked as fraud. Wanting to avoid having to eat transaction fees on fraudulent orders, I quickly looked for an option. I was doubtful when installing this app, but it seems to be working. It was incredibly easy to set up and to add IP addresses, individuals, and Countries to a backlist. I wish I had found this app sooner & would recommend to anyone in a similar situation!

This is the correct star, 5 stars for this app. This app truly has kept the bots away. I have had this app for about three years, and I must say, I am very happy with it. Recently I had a question and in no time, I had a response.
