I am very happy with the app, works very well. In the beginning it seems quite complex, but after the employees of Koongo helped me well everything works as described.

I used this app to sell a lot of products on BOL. I've encountered several problems in the beginning to set up this app. Carlos helped me every step of the way. He made sure everything worked and followed it up very quickly too!! Very good support!!

Support is amazing and it automated my product and inventory sync between bol and shopify. The app is not incredibly easy to setup, but be sure to ask them to help you set it up and you will receive help. When I installed this, there was no other app that could do something like this for the same price. I don't know if there is now. It's worth it to take some time to make this integration if you want to have a whole list of products you want to export from your shopify store, where you handle your inventories, to bol. Now I can carefree sell a selection of my stock on bol.

After asking for a senior I actually got a great guy that helped me through it all. We had major issues with the dutch/english translation, but he managed to fix it all! OLD REVIEW Support told me to use a specific app to translate, 80EUR and a few hours of manual work later, the translation app doesn't even work with the Koongo system. It has been a month and 80 e-mails later and the integration is still not up and running. I would advice anyone to explore other options.

Unfortunately Koongo seems to have decided not to support this app anymore. Upon creation of an account at Koongo it keeps pushing towards installing the Koongo app (not bol.com version). At the one single second my store managed to show up in my Koongo account, it was quickly clear that Kongoo wants to push users to its dynamic plan, since no functions were usable without picking another plan than the plan described in the bol.com Koongo app. I feel clickbaited and do not advise anybody to install this app and create a Koongo account.

I'll talk to designers and modify that. In regards to the apps, the Bol app includes only Bol integration with order synchronization and 5000 items limit. The app is offered for fixed price of $34.95/month. The Koongo app offers various marketplace integrations. The price is dynamic and starts at $24 per month for 2000 items, no order synchronization included. So, the Koongo app might be a cheaper solution than the Bol app if there are up to 5000 items and no order synchronization is activated. Thanks, Pavel

At first you need to find your way through the app, but when you get used to it it is really simple. Also the customer service is the best, really helpful and fast responding time.

Works well and is much cheaper than most competitors. Customer service is good and fast, also better than some expensive competitors. The user interface can be slightly confusing but the support team is very good.

It's got a learning curve, but after some tinkering and testing it's working. Support is pro-active, responds fast and is overall very good.

They charge you on the spot no 30 day free trial offer... that's called bait and switch from where I come from

I'm sorry for your experience but this was not the first time you activated the Koongo app. Based on our records, the first app trial activation for your Shopify store was done in May 2016. So, the trial period was already expired in Feb 2019. I can offer you the payment refund and reactivation of your trial period, so you'd be able to test Koongo again. Please contact me at [email protected] for more information. Based on your experience, we implemented a free trial reset. Koongo free trial is reset after one year of the account inactivity. So, it should not happen again.
