Didn't receive any support at all unfortunately :( it was a one-way sync from bol to shopify but didn't return any of the info from our logistics into bol Honestly it was a brag and nightmare with all the sales we're doing and we solved it by using our logistics partner

Their interface is clear and simple. The app is extremely easy to set up, plus they have a great support team to help!
