The user support staff is usually not very knowledgeable. All they know is their app, not Shopify, not Bonanza. The same problems remain for years and each time they hear the first time about it. No effort to solve it once and for all. There are now everywhere pop ups in Bonanza to promote products from other stores within your booth and products, totally unrelated to your offers. This is irritating and guiding away the customers from your booth. Just not acceptable. No other marketplace does this. My customers look at some artwork for example and get offers for Lego or perfume from other sellers. That is stupid nonsense. All Bonanza wants is to get you to subscribe to something. There is no traffic from them to promote your products.

Very expensive app as compared to there other integration apps like ebay and amazon. bonanza is already not very good in terms of sales and this app further disappoints.

I didn't have a problem with the uploads and syncing. The app is way overpriced compared to other apps, especially with the limited uploads allowed.

I have detailed questions that need patience, effort, and help from the support team member assigned, to link and fetch the products from Shopify to Bonanza. Whenever I flagged an issue I'm facing to the support team they always work with me to resolve it and a lot of times work it themselves to make sure the job is done. Very satisfying positive interaction and it is very motivating to always reach them. Especial thanks to Jason Roy-BDA for all the time and efforts he put to resolve issues.

I contacted support today and I was helped right way, with the issue I was having, it wasn't with the program, it was something I didn't do myself. Support helped me out and got things all taken care of. Great group of people to work with

I highly recommend this app if your looking for a site to sell your products and looking for a platform with strong customer support team who will go a step or 2 farther to boost you up. there booth style is cool, as far as sales i just started and i haven't put in as much yet due to schedule but i will return to update my experience shortly

Great app. Customer Service is great. I am more than satisfied. So easy to import products and integration with your shopify. I suggest for not to waste your time to import your products manually.

We use the app to keep our inventory updated, it does work good everything's working. There are few hiccups here and there but with the help of chat support it gets taken care of. So far so good i still have to explore more though, Cheers!
