Within the first few weeks, recurring customers started converting in ways they never had before. We should have done this two years ago. Support is the real differentiator. Real answers, fast, from real people. That a big deal when you're running a lean team and can't afford to be stuck. If you're on the fence, get off the fence. Just add it.
