Fantastic app with a huge scope considering the cost of the app which is currently zero. The service was also second to none!

Hassle free - Is how i would describe the setup of this glorious little app. Was easy to install i think i had it up and running in under 10 minutes ( and i had a cup of coffee ) It may not be the most configurable that is floating around BUT it fulfills the new EU-Directive and have a lot of supported languages to do just that. I recomend that you give it a chance.

Esta app cumple con todas las expectativas todas las funciones necesarias para aplicar la nueva normativa de desistimiento europea. Además, es totalmente personalizable y contiene funciones que muchas apps contienen solamente pagando una suscripción mensual. Es muy intuitiva a la hora de configurarla y si tienes cualquier problema, el equipo de soporte es increíble, muy eficiente y con una atención inmejorable. De momento no ha entrado en vigor, pero ya la considero una app imprescindible para poder cumplir con la normativa sin necesidad de pagar de más.

Great free app with very helpful and responsive support. The setup was very easy, and I had no issue following the steps to add the withdrawal form to my store. I did run into one small issue, but this was not a problem with the app itself. Support responded very quickly and explained where the problem was coming from and how to fix it, so I was able to get it working easily. I also looked at several other EU withdrawal button/form apps, and this one had the best functionality I found for free. It includes features like multiple language options, order syncing, and the ability for customers to select the exact items they want to return, including partial returns. Other options seemed to require paid plans for similar features, but this app is completely free and works very well. The form looks clean, fits nicely on my website, and is easy to use. I would highly recommend it, especially over other options where you have to pay to get the same functionality.
