Bachrach review for Book'd

We use Book'd for booking private coaching sessions and small group classes. I tested three different booking apps before landing on this one because most either felt overly complicated or required too many workarounds. What I like most is that it feels like a natural part of Shopify instead of another external scheduling platform. Customers book, pay, receive confirmation emails, and everything shows up in our calendar automatically. There are still a couple of customization options I'd love to see added, but overall it's been reliable and our staff picked it up very quickly.
