Useless and can only assume Bookvault support really dont care about their clients - there is a global bug whereby if you unsubscribe from the Bookvault app within Shopify, you can NEVER get it back - there is a url looping redirect bug error whether I try to reinstall via Shopify apps store or via Shopify app settings (reinstall app from /uninstall list) - Shopify were not much better, saying they had raised a ticket, but then saw this is an ongoing a global issue which hasnt been fixed (simple fix) by the Bookvault app developer - all the work developing the Shopify store was in vain

I've been testing Bookvault for 5 months now and am shifting all my production here. The Shopify integration works well as you'd expect. Support from Bookvault is outstanding – they've even setup Zoom and Teams call with us to clarify different aspects of the integration. Wholeheartedly recommend.

An amazing app, that takes all the hassle out of printing books. Shipping and printing is automatically handled for you, and it's super simple to connect to your Bookvault library.

I'm very happy with BookVault. It's easy to use, and they have a wonderful range of formats including 5x8 (which is not offered by Lulu Direct). Their support is first-rate.
