Booxi has been a fantastic partner for us. The team truly cares, they’re easy to reach, and I really appreciate being able to meet with them in person when needed. We were using Calendly before, but switching to Booxi gave us a much more professional solution that integrates directly into our website and supports the growth of our piercing business. They were able to adapt the platform to match our brand aesthetic, remove several friction points our customers were experiencing with our old system, and make the entire booking process much more seamless for our end consumers. The system is simple to use day‑to‑day, but also powerful enough to handle our more complex business needs. Great reporting, great organization, and overall great service. We’re really happy with the experience.
