This app is incredibly effective and absolutely essential for any Shopify store! Kai is attentive, extremely responsive, and we no longer have any issues with fake visits or bots. A huge thank you to the whole team!

We found Negate when we were struggling with consistent bot activity on our site. We installed it and instantly saw a 15% decrease in traffic, but sales stayed constant, CVR shot up. Negate helped us block all the bad traffic, but keep all the good! And more than that, Taylor and team have been incredibly helpful giving us personalized support and helping apply their technology to our specific challenges - it's made a huge difference! Highly recommend this software and this team!

Title: Life-saver for our small Dutch family shop Review: We’re a tiny family webshop that only sells in the Netherlands & Belgium. A few days ago we suddenly got hit hard by a targeted bot attack (dozens of bots every few minutes from Russia, Brazil, USA, Ukraine, etc.) plus spam and threatening messages on other platforms. It was extremely stressful. Within minutes after contacting support, Kai and the senior dev team jumped in. They first helped me get the attack under control and then personally added custom backend logic to block ALL traffic outside NL/BE – something that isn’t even a standard feature. The difference was immediate and total peace of mind. Kai’s support was fast, friendly, patient and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt safe again. Negate didn’t just protect our store; they protected our little family business when we needed it most. Negate has made a HUGE difference in the performance of our ads since we installed it ≈ 18 months ago. For years, bot-triggered events had been sent back to ad platforms and drowning out legitimate signal with noise, but within days of install we started seeing a *massive* improvement in traffic quality because now only human-triggered events were being passed back to Meta, Google, et al. I've also been repeatedly impressed by Negate's prompt replies to CS inquiries and the care they've taken in thoroughly researching issues I've brought to their attention in order to provide top-notch customer service.

I installed this app over the weekend and emailed support with questions. I was not expecting to receive an answer over the weekend; however, they did answer right away! I'm looking forward to having better success with my ads now. Thank you for the great support, Kai and team!
