We suddenly had a flood of thousands of hits from Ashburn VA (amazon), just camping out. Installing this app shielded our site from this unwanted traffic ... which allowed us to get a clearer sense of traffic flow in light of tests and ongoing campaigns.

This app has been a game changer for us. After months of dealing with completely unreliable data, our analytics finally make sense again. We were heavily affected by thousands of bots from China, Russia, and Singapore that polluted our analytics for months. Shopify’s built-in human/bot filter did almost nothing to stop this. As a result, not only our analytics but also our Google and Meta pixels were severely contaminated, leading to degraded campaign performance and bad optimization decisions. Since using this app, all of these issues are fully resolved. The bot traffic is effectively filtered out, our data is clean again, and our tracking pixels are finally reliable. Performance insights are accurate, and decision-making is back on solid ground. We are extremely happy with this app. It solved a critical problem that Shopify itself could not, and it delivered exactly what it promised.

We found Negate when we were struggling with consistent bot activity on our site. We installed it and instantly saw a 15% decrease in traffic, but sales stayed constant, CVR shot up. Negate helped us block all the bad traffic, but keep all the good! And more than that, Taylor and team have been incredibly helpful giving us personalized support and helping apply their technology to our specific challenges - it's made a huge difference! Highly recommend this software and this team!

Title: Life-saver for our small Dutch family shop Review: We’re a tiny family webshop that only sells in the Netherlands & Belgium. A few days ago we suddenly got hit hard by a targeted bot attack (dozens of bots every few minutes from Russia, Brazil, USA, Ukraine, etc.) plus spam and threatening messages on other platforms. It was extremely stressful. Within minutes after contacting support, Kai and the senior dev team jumped in. They first helped me get the attack under control and then personally added custom backend logic to block ALL traffic outside NL/BE – something that isn’t even a standard feature. The difference was immediate and total peace of mind. Kai’s support was fast, friendly, patient and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt safe again.
