While the idea is good in practice it didn't work. First it said it would take the 15mins, as it says online to generate an image, Then it went up to 3hrs then 3days! It was a sunday , they did get back to me monday morning and just said it was an error. But thats your credit used and its just not really workable. Plus all the models look incredibly young, even their oldest who was supposed to be 40 years old , looked 18.

The delay in delivery time - All of our images take 15 min and you can batch edit as much as you want. If we find something is wrong with an image, our Not Safe For Work filter is turned on and we send that photo for a manual review which can take up 5 business days depending on your plan. We apologize if this wasn't communicated well enough and we will add clearer explanations for those situations in our app. At the end of the day, this is meant to guarantee you get the best results. 2. Model appearance and age - We're constantly working on improving our models' quality and how real they look. We plan to invest and add more mature and senior models to represent all audiences. Does not work for jewelry :(
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. In all honesty, we clearly mention in our app's create page that we currently don't support accessories - jewelry, eyewear, headgear, hand bags etc. We also mention it in our FAQ section on our website's homepage. We chose to focus on clothes only, to offer the best quality we can as quickly as possible. We do plan to add support for eyewear and accessories later this year. Regarding jewelry, this could take longer as it falls under a different category as far as our AI technology is concerned. This App is best in market. I have enjoyed success with our male models. Some of the AI results required revision, however these fixes were completed. I would like to see more female models, particularly options with shorter hair. I would also like to see developments concerning jewellery and accessories. I commend the Support staff for endeavouring to make enhancements.

"the App does not work with any detailed clothing or accessories like sunglasses or jewelry" - our FAQ section clearly states that we currently don't support accessories in general including jewelry. 2. "The App does not reveal this to you this up front, only after you have paid and wasted time" - We offer a free trial, to allow users to try out the platform so and understand exactly what their getting when they purchase a licenses to the Botika platform. 3. "For regular clothing, there are too many revisions required and the time delays are too long" - We're the only generative AI platform for fashion that offers multiple revisions included on your plan at no additional cost. We're doing our best to provide them as quickly as possible. 4. "The technical team do not like any feedback... they should offer options with shorter hair" - Quite the opposite. We welcome user feedback and are proud to say our product roadmap is almost entirely built on users request. We accepted your feedback and are working very hard to add more models with various hairstyles as well as more over hairstyle. Expect more later this year on this 5. "Rather than accept my constructive feedback, I was dismissed with an arrogant response" - We apologize if this is the feeling you were left with, but this is never our intent or how we handle our customers. me encanta la aplicacion, seria mucho mejor poder gestionar el tipo de cuerpos gruesos, delgados, altos y pequeños y poder cambiar los colores de la prenda

the worst customer service. They charged me without my consent, and they refused to answer my messages. the customer service is awful. not recommending this app.
