Very nice seeing a risk score on every order and I no longer have to worry about return fraud, that's for sure. Whenever I get a "my package never showed up" message, I can validate it here. Don't have to wait until inspection to refund customers because I know in advance who are return fraudsters or abusers. Great all around.

Love this app. We have an extremely lean team and a million different priorities. Yofi lets us understand, segment, and talk to our customers without doing any of the leg work ourselves. Their team is top notch and truly cares about our success. Absolute game changer!!

Love YoFi, I would recommend this app to anyone interested in learning more about who is transacting on your site. You might be surprised at how many orders you have placed by bots and bad actors. The service and team behind the product is 10/10 too.
