Easy to use, simple and customizable and very good customer support, I requested for some new features and they were implemented in 3 days. The phone call functionality works really well.

The phone calls are scarily good to the point where I couldn't tell if I was speaking to a human or not. Definitely an interesting app, and their support is FANTASTIC! I reached out and asked for a walkthrough and they replied not even 20 minutes later. Really impressed, keep it up!

Really nice app, I've been using it even before it's official release on app store. I like the AI Phone Calls, it literally calls customers on their phone, used it a couple of time. The chat feature works really well with no bugs at all. I'd say even the free version is good enough for a lot of simple stores.
