Alleen maar wazige foutmelding. Inloggen en koppelen van bPost account met Shopify winkel onmogelijk.

J'utilise actuellement le plug-in pour mes envois et celui-ci fonctionne très bien. J'ai d'ailleurs du contacter le service client afin de m'aider à la configuration. J'ai reçu une invitation teams afin de m'aider et résoudre tous les points bloquant. L'application devrait tenir compte des codes postaux à l'étranger (certains pays n'utilisent pas de code postal et le plug-in post ne gère pas cela automatiquement, il faut alors faire l'envoi manuellement, ce qui est assez embêtant). J'espère que vous pourrez trouver une solution à cela sachant que d'autres plateformes (ups/dhl) gèrent cela en fixant le code postal à 00000 pour ces pays là. Le service client est en tout cas top et juste pour cela je suis déjà satisfait!

Apres avoir contacté Bpost pour mettre en place un partenariat commercial entre ma société et Bpost, les choses se sont très bien déroulées. J'ai été recontacté dans les 24h, nous avons ensemble discuté de mes besoins et de leurs offres et nous avons conclu un contrat. Dans les jours qui souvenaient, le contrat, les accès tout était disponible. Il faut bien lire la document claire et précise envoyée par BPOST, mais tout fonctionne !
