Sales Tax Filings ‑ BreezyFile

Great company and great app!

More Than an App. A Team That Actually Cares. After dealing with negligent bookkeepers, I decided to put my trust in an app. What I didn’t expect was to receive genuine, hands-on support from real people within minutes of signing up. Tom and his team went above and beyond. They contacted the state on my behalf, brought my account up to date, and handled filing and submitting all the sales tax I owed. What started as an incredibly stressful situation turned into a huge sense of relief. I went from feeling anxious and overwhelmed to finally having peace of mind, knowing everything was being taken care of. Now I can get back to focusing on what I do best—running my business. I only wish I had found Breezyfile sooner. If you’re a business owner looking for more than just another app, this is the team you want in your corner. Truly grateful!

We've been using BreezyFile for a few months now with absolutely no issues. What I appreciate most is the transparency, all the taxes for each state are clearly laid out before they pay them. They always email and link the reports so you have the chance to double-check everything beforehand. All of our tax payments have been made on time and correctly. It is absolutely worth it to have this huge task taken off my shoulders every single month. Highly recommend!

We run several Shopify stores, and BreezyFile has been a solid addition to our setup. On-boarding was straightforward, it fits cleanly into our existing workflow, and it has been dependable without needing any babysitting. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions. For a team managing multiple storefronts, that kind of reliability and quick help makes a real difference. Highly recommended for any merchant looking for a dependable sales tax tool.

As small business owners, taxes were not our expertise. The BreezyFile team went above and beyond to discuss our unique situation and help us get things sorted out with our sales tax and state. Highly recommend their app, it has saved us a lot of headaches.

Tom and his team have made filing and paying taxes easy with there great communication and knowledge with filings all our states. Highly recommend.

BreezyFile has been a great company to work with! The team is very responsive and they do a great job of managing sales tax compliance and advising on the various complexities. Their pricing is quite reasonable and it is great knowing that we have experts staying on top of this as it can be quite expensive with late penalties and interest if you file late or miss payments to the states.

This is the best deal in town! I love Breeze file . It had liberated me from doing this tedious task of figuring out taxes! It's worth the money and Matt is amaizing..what a great group of people! Professional! And caring!

Excellent service - they make filing sales tax easy

The BreezyFile team has been super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We’ve had a great experience working with BreezyFile for our sales tax needs. Their team regularly checks in, provides updates, and handles our filings and reports in a timely and organized manner. They’ve also helped us with sales tax registrations and filings across multiple states, which has made the process much easier for us. Their pricing is reasonable, especially considering the level of support and service they provide. Matt in particular has been awesome to work with. He’s always responsive, takes the time to explain things clearly whenever we have questions, and is willing to hop on a video call when needed to walk us through anything in more detail. Overall, we really appreciate the service and support BreezyFile provides and would definitely recommend them to other businesses looking for help managing their sales tax compliance.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Breezy File and the team behind it. Sales tax has always been one of those necessary-but-not-exactly-fun parts of running a business, and finding Breezy File has been a huge relief. Matt and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They were able to jump right in and take over my complete Sales & Use tax filing process from start to finish, making sure everything was handled properly and on time. Even better, they continue to manage the future filings, so sales tax is one less thing I have to constantly worry about or keep track of myself. One of the things I appreciate most is that they don't just handle the filings—they also keep an eye on things and let me know when I've reached a new jurisdiction where I may need to start collecting sales tax. That kind of proactive communication is incredibly valuable, especially when you're running a small business and already have a million other things on your plate. And then there’s Matt. He's the best! He is incredibly responsive, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions or walk me through something when I need clarification. I never feel like I'm bothering him, which is a big deal when you're dealing with something as confusing as sales tax. Breezy File has taken something that used to be a source of stress and turned it into something I barely have to think about anymore. They manage the process, keep me informed, and make sure things continue to get taken care of going forward. I highly recommend Breezy File to any Shopify business owner who wants to take sales tax off their plate. Five stars all the way!

They provide professional explanations in response to inquiries and do their utmost to meet customer needs. Furthermore, their customer service response time is impressively fast. They are an excellent service provider.

Tax compliance is a tedious task that I happily outsource. BreezyFile makes it easy on my and their team is great to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

We can't say enough to paint an accurate picture of how helpful this team has been to our business. Matt and his team are exceptional. They have gone above and beyond with assisting Puffer Reds with out-of-state sales tax. It all began with a video call, where the process was laid out before us, simple and frictionless. Matt even stayed on and helped explain some concepts behind our previous situation, to relieve any panic we were holding on to. Highly recommend this service to any business out there struggling with sudden out-of-state sales tax issues. BreezyFile is good at what they do because they have the experts it takes. They make it a breeze - not sure if that's their slogan or not

Everything has ran so smoothly and felt so easy!

These guys are AMAZING!!! They automatically file your taxes for you so you do not have to worry about anything. They have truly been lifesavers for my business. Also, they are very responsive and respond quickly if you have any questions for them. Do not look any further for your next sales tax and registration filing app!!! Use this one!! 10/10!

We're *very* impressed with BreezyFile's support and level of attention to detail. Before we started using Breezy in spring 2025, we had been paying for A. Big Company's state tax filing service, which would take *weeks* to get back to us if a deficiency notice popped up (service was generally horrendous with that previous service before we moved over to BreezyFile). When we started moving our state tax portals info over to BreezyFile, the onboarding process data entry was much easier, first. Next, BreezyFile immediately started catching mistakes that previous provider had made. Tax law is so complex and nuanced, you do *not* want a preparer who is ignorant about differences between states' filing requirements, because you will start getting deficiency notices. Our experience has been that BreezyFile not only fixed all the mistakes (and many omissions) that previous preparer made, but overall: 1.) works to make tax prep. as painless as possible for our business, 2.) responds to any questions we have in a day or less, and 3.) gives us extremely clear instructions if we meet nexus in a new state. It feels like BreezyFile's staff is actually interested in doing good work and getting things right. Matt is very personable and easy to communicate with when onboarding, and afterwards, all BreezyFile staff we've talked to have been on top of fixing any problem or new requirement that pops up, quickly. We never write Shopify app reviews, but this is the one that has gone above and beyond.

We’ve been working with Breezy for 3 years now, and they’ve been incredibly helpful throughout. The service is amazing, and they’re always flexible and willing to adapt to our needs as a business. We truly recommend working with Matt & Tom — they’re fantastic!
