This has been the best app to use to protect purchased for our customers. I can make claims in here to track how many people have had issues. I can reinvest into my customer service and fulfillment to ensure we are getting our customers what they need. Seriously this has been great compared to other apps that kinda feel like they are just taking my customers money and not helping resolve issues.
