This app has truly disappointed me. First, customer service is terrible. Even though I confirmed the item was in stock before placing the order, they always told me it was out of stock or that I needed to meet a minimum order quantity after placing the order. Furthermore, the shipping time is extremely long, and even when it is shipped, the product quality is mediocre and does not match the description. Many items arrive damaged or of very poor quality. When I ask them for solutions, they always give vague replies and refuse to issue refunds. It's outrageous!

since 2026-03-30 17:58 no update on the sending. they still refuse to give my money back.

Terrible experience Absolutely terrible. Some products had no tracking information, or the information was inaccurate. Shipping was extremely slow: after I submitted my order, it actually took at least 10 days. Add to that approximately 20-30 days for transit. In total, you might have to wait 30-40 days to receive it! I placed several test orders with them, and they all had problems. They seemed reliable at first, but as the number of orders increased, problems arose: missing tracking information, constant delays, angry customer calls complaining… Finally, to avoid losing customer trust, you have to issue refunds. When I contacted them for refunds or other solutions, they refused. I will never use this app again.

The product is clearly listed as in stock on the website, but it's always out of stock, and the shipping time is too long, averaging 35 days. Customer service is equally terrible; there's always a queue of responses, and even when they do reply, it's vague and offers no real solutions to my problem.

i really love this app. when i ask quotation they replied so fast than any other supplier and their price is more reasonable and they dont rest even at cny. so ican scale my business eventhough cny season

A terrible experience. Orders were always in a pending state, logistics information was never updated, and customer service replies were always piling up in the queue.

Customer service is terrible. Despite the label stating ample stock, items are always out of stock after ordering, and shipping times are extremely long, sometimes exceeding 30 days. My customer hasn't received their package and has already requested a refund, but they haven't offered any solution. It's absolutely outrageous!
