The support at Buddify is great. They're really supportive towards small businesses and there is a good range of products to offer variation to your store. Can't fault it.

The potential of Buddify has all the right ingredients to be a great and wonderful app, possibly a champion in its own right, especially more so as it works so well on the Shopify platform even in its early stages of overall rollout. Buddify Development Team - please don't overload the app with all sorts of requests just because people ask for it, continue on the path of how to make the app better and simpler in all your developments. This is the potential of what I see about Buddify, hence the 5 star rating - keeping it simple and making it smooth makes for a better app for all. Thank you!

Edit 04/04/2025: It's a great platform with some serious potential, but it's severely limited by the fact that most of the shops on Buddify don't ship outside of their countries. We are in Canada, and I'd say a good 90% of the shops listed don't sell or ship to Canada, it's our only real issue with the app. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We love the concept, and are more than willing to give it a try. We had some questions about the whole process and getting things set up, and Emma was a huge help! she has dealt with a few emails from us asking questions, their customer service has been amazing. We see this as a huge benefit down the road for us to offer more product we'd normally never have a chance at stocking, and for other stores to have the same opportunity.

First, the app is very easy to navigate. Just started using it, literally. Price is reasonable to join. Look forward to networking and earning additional revenues ! Tech support is also very responsive and helpful.

Honestly, I think this is a really great concept that will ultimately result in higher sales for all parties and less over production. Incorporation has been really easy, customer service has been responsive, and I look forward to see the growth over the next year.
