Reviews Summary

Buffer is an affordable and intuitive social media marketing software used by small businesses and merchants to plan, schedule, and analyze their content. Users can view their sales, top referrals, and top products alongside social media data, plan social content in advance, and get insights and recommendations for posting. However, there are not enough reviews to analyze right now.

As a company, I like what they have to offer, the information provided to help you build your social media, and their post creations/scheduling is decent. I'm still figuring them out and debating if I want to use it and simply remove Shopify as a channel to stay in the free version. My main hangs up are: 1 - Shopify App integration is useless unless you want the analytics that corresponds with social media and store. 2- It's also considered a channel, so with the Free - your stuck with Shopify and 2 socials instead of 3 socials. 3 - I'm not sure about pricing mostly because it means I will have to remove Shopify Channel to keep my 3 socials. I like the fact that it's free for 3 channels but if you want to upgrade, then they charge per channel. Personally, I think if you upgrade, it should be 3 channels still free but you pay for the additional features and then for any extra channels. I also think integrations such as Shopify should not be included.
