The team at BAGS understand how to partner with you. They positioned themselves on the same side of the table with regards to how they make money. I gladly give them a percent of revenue because when things go bad, I know it is not just me feeling the pain. They are too. And I also know they are working diligently to get things back up. This doesn't happen often but when it does it gives me peace of mind knowing they are working on it. With that being said, the product is amazing and they are continuously improving it. Our customers rave about it, which is what matters most. This tool has made our processing of orders so much more efficient, with the PRINT ANYWAY button for our customers. While I want to print perfect images, I know that when an order has come through, I can print without having to address image resolution issues, overlapping designs or designs outside the art board because they clicked PRINT ANYWAY. With our turn around time, there isn't time to address these issues. Customers have to address them before submitting. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it. They are partnering with us all.
