BAIS Bulk Account Invites Send

The app did not send account invites to many emails on the list. We've had to manually send invites to customers.

A little bit expensive. But it worked. We had more then 13.000 customers that we moved from Magento to Shopify. Their accounts were inactive. So we needed a way to send a bulk activation email.

I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have this app. All of our customers password information was not migrated. Therefore, we didn't have any way of notifying them of their new account. This is the only way on Shopify that I have found. Shopify does not provide this feature in the admin.

We needed to bulk invite over 13,000 customers and this app worked exactly as expected! Nice work, thank you.

Quick, easy and painless! After importing my 1500+ customers, I was able to easily edit and then send out a welcome email announcing my new website. I recommend this application to help you with your website.

Seems like it did what is supposed to, however some of the account invite links didn't seem to work for some of our customers.

I have used this app numerous time now since switching our store over to Shopify. I have also had a tremendous amount of questions and emailed Matt repeatedly. Each time, he graciously responded in a VERY short amount of time compared to most apps. THEY ARE AWESOME!

This app does exactly what it says it's going to do. It's easy to use and customize. After sending out to a tagged list, I had missed some names and wasn't exactly sure what to do about it. Matt's response was quick, friendly and completely explained what I needed to know. And since it's not an ongoing charge, this app is also very affordable. Highly recommend this app.

Super useful and easy to follow! The app itself was a great help, but I have to commend Matt Loszak on the service he provided throughout the process. I emailed him a total of 3 times, and each time, I got a response within 20 minutes and it was concise and helpful. I was so impressed by his service that I just had to write my first Shopify appstore review. If you're wavering, trust me, this app is the way to go!

Activation links of first invite don't work after sending second invite. This is a limitation of Shopify system it turns out, so if you do send a second set of invites wait a while. Only 3% activation success though I do have a list stretching back.

We used this when transferring to Shopify from another platform. It was a lifesaver.

Awesome time saver. Made it easy to send bulk invites to my customers who had created an account on my old Opencart site, to activate accounts on my new Shopify site. I like that you can send to customer groups by tag so that you can tailor the wording of your email. Matt was also extremely responsive to support emails. 4 starts, only because I wish it was easier (for those of us that don't know HTML) to format the email and make it look a bit more attractive and on brand. Good app though and I would recommend it.

Fantastic app for sending out customer account invites on Shopify. We recently migrated our customer data over from our previous sites and this was a great way to re-engage past customers. While there is no WYSIWYG editor to format the e-mail, some basic inline HTML will get the invite styled up in no time. Thanks also to Matt for his outstanding (and quick!) support in helping us get a second batch of invites out.

The app works perfectly and Matt was very helpful! We recently transferred all our wholesale accounts to a new website, and this was the only way to send account activation emails to all the accounts, recommended by our Shopify account manager. Saved us a few days' of manual work, so it's definitely worth it. Matt was responsive to my questions and got back to my questions within an hour (on weekend). Definitely recommend this app and developer!

We have moved from Magento to Shopify Plus and have ended up bulk-importing 30,000+ customers via nChannel. This app from Matt was perfect for the job and his replies to emails were not only good in terms of content, they were prompt too. Very happy to give 5 stars!

Great app and great functionality! I messed up the URL to activate at first and sent out the wrong email and Matt helped me fix it right away. He responded to my emails super quick and got everything going again. Highly recommend.
