This app is amazing, it has done everything I can think of for my products for very cheap, each job has costed me pennies on the dollar. I have a large catalog this app has saved me and insane amount of time. The support is great too Alexander resolved what I needed very quickly when I needed help early on and he's really nice! This app can replace almost all your apps I promise you, I've deleted 3 apps that I was using for bulk automations for various purposes because this one can do it all for less and it can probably do more I haven't discovered yet. I highly highly recommend! Great job and thank you so much, you've done awesome work with this app. EDIT: I forgot to mention how easy this app is to use, you really can just speak to it in simple sentences, no need for technical or complex language!

I wish there was an option for zero stars as their support is terrible, might as well say non-existent, I've been trying to contact them for a week now and not a single person has replied or reached out to me to resolve the issue I'm facing. Overall, the app is good for most tasks. So I would give 5 stars for that. But 0 stars for the support. Edited my review March 21, 2026 The founder of the app directly reached out to us after getting no reply from the support, and he promptly fixed the product SKU's issue we were facing. We are now satisfied with this app and are also using it on our other 2 stores as well. Hoping that this app stays great in the future as well.

The interactions with the chat was good but it does not allow modifications per market. If you have different prices per market, this app will only help you modify the base price of your primary domain. Not very helpful....

Bulk AI is a very useful app for Shopify store owners. It helps generate and manage product content quickly and saves a lot of time when working with many products. The interface is simple and easy to use, and the results are surprisingly good. It’s especially helpful for optimizing product descriptions and improving store efficiency. Definitely recommended for anyone managing a large catalog on Shopify.

This saved me from having to manually enter over 500 values into a few different metafields. An incredible time saver. Alexander is very responsive. He responds quickly, fixes issues quickly (he fixed a bug I pointed out within hours), and is open to suggestions for improvements. I've only used it for metafields so far, but can't wait to see what else I can do with it.
