Great, reliable app for bulk-creating gift cards - we’ve been using it for several years now. The workflow is smooth and the UI is easy to understand. Whenever we had questions, the support team responded quickly and competently.

App is always bugging, queries are "pending" for weeks and cannot be deleted nor removed, there's no customer service available. Not great. *** A month later after this review, they fixed the app, but the bug reappered, and still no customer support. Had to reach out directly to Shopify for this. Very bad app. *** 5 days after our modified review, still no answer from the app developer, and Shopify were not able to reach out to them either. It seems this app is simply dead, and no one is taking care of it.

Benutze die App seit einiger Zeit um Gutscheine zu generieren, hat alles immer reinbungslos geklappt! Besonders die Option einen Prefix vergeben zu können gefällt mir gut !

Die App erleichtert den täglichen Umgang mit Gutscheinen sehr. Ich kann sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Auch der Support war super schnell und lösungsorientiert.
