I would love to claim damages. The app deleted images from products, and now what? Great, now I have to find hundreds of product images again and assign them to the right products! Keep your fingers off the app or make a backup first!!

We immediately checked the activity logs for your store and did not find any system errors from our side. According to the logs, the change appears to be related to the action **“Delete Universal Image #177.”** The good news is that this type of action **can be easily undone in our system**, and the images can usually be restored very quickly.
