BulkPro is now a key part of my business, and I have been using it for over one year. It is affordable, easy to use, and extremely helpful for bulk order uploads.

I was able to import all of my previous orders from another platform. It takes a little time to work out how to correctly configure the data on Excel in order to import correctly (understandable), but once you've done that, it is a pretty simple process and imports orders into Shopify seamlessly.

Attempted to use this to import order history from another site into new shopify site. Import in the dashboard looked like it worked and showed successful upload history, but orders did not show up in shopify site. Reached out to developer, but did not receive a fix prior to the trial ending. Moving on to another importer app.

We have requested support with no response, we have done several tests and we cannot get the orders to appear in shopify, they only appear in the BulkPro dashboard, we hope you can contact us https://morekashop1.myshopify.com/ . We do not have any email from you. Please send me your email address. Today the developer offered to extend the testing period for 15 days to be able to show you the error with a video, I am going to install the application again to see if they give us the necessary support for it to work
