I was able to import all of my previous orders from another platform. It takes a little time to work out how to correctly configure the data on Excel in order to import correctly (understandable), but once you've done that, it is a pretty simple process and imports orders into Shopify seamlessly.

Tried a few import apps before but this one was by far the easiest and most accurate. No data mismatch issues!
