Amazing app that saves so much time! Rocketly: Bulk Price Editor is an absolute game-changer for store owners. Tried several attempts to get this app to bulk reduce by a percentage. It would say 'completed' but the changes had only been applied to some products. We waited, cleared cookies etc etc etc. Doesn't work and actually has created a real mess of our prices.
Hi, Thank you for providing feedback. Unfortunately, on the 21st of November, Shopify had a partial outage in its API, which caused problems with fetching products from your store. There's nothing we can do about it. As for the prices, the app always restores the original price that was listed before the sale started, you just need to click the “Revert prices” button. According to our internal logs, you didn't do it. You were just one click and one minute away from reverting prices. Next time don't hesitate to write to us in the support, we will be happy to help you.

This is a brilliant app. Implementing discounted price as bulk was never been so easy untill I used this app. Highly Recommended. Thank you for saving so much time.
