Great app for bulk discounts. User friendly.Their support team is very helpful and responds promplty. Highly recommend it.

The app works as advertised, and the price can't be beat. When I've needed support, it has usually been available within a reasonable timeframe. However, once with a critical error, it was difficult to obtain quick assistance due to the time difference. I would have given them 5 stars except that the product has taken a step backward. In the past, you could change the price and add a tag with the same edit. We use tags to trigger other functions when sales are run. Now they have separated the two edits, so you have to create two separate edits for each product in the sale. This is a definite downgrading of the app. I don't know if in the past they allowed other multiple field edits because I didn't need them. However, it looks like you can now only edit one field per task.

I have had a great experience being assisted by Haley where I have found the app very easy to use. I hope others will consider this app as it truly is great. God bless, Sabe.

I needed to do a bulk update of product information and had no clue how. The AI bot told me about this App and so I tried it out. Initially I was frustrated because it kept refreshing the screen and resetting the settings I had done and there was no way to save what I was doing. So I used the chat feature to ask if I could save the progress and she explained how to do it. Once I got that, nothing could stop me and my updates were done very quickly! The best feature (and why they earned those 5 ) is that they provide the results at the bottom BEFORE you run the update so you can exclude the products you need to exclude! That’s fabulous! Coming from a QA background. Highly recommend!
