I needed to do a bulk update of product information and had no clue how. The AI bot told me about this App and so I tried it out. Initially I was frustrated because it kept refreshing the screen and resetting the settings I had done and there was no way to save what I was doing. So I used the chat feature to ask if I could save the progress and she explained how to do it. Once I got that, nothing could stop me and my updates were done very quickly! The best feature (and why they earned those 5 ) is that they provide the results at the bottom BEFORE you run the update so you can exclude the products you need to exclude! That’s fabulous! Coming from a QA background. Highly recommend!

I reached out to support. Ive got so fast response. Haley helped me like a way I can almost not describe. She is fast, patient and really helpfull. The app is very usefull and easy, but it is my first time. She helped like a real time coach haha! Use the app guys, it works like wonders.

This app is far more than a price editor - there are many fields that can be updated. I am proficient in Excel but using this tool instead has been easy, intuitive and certainly saves me a lot of time! The customer support is A+ as well. Highly recommended addition to your suite of tools!

What a terrific solution. When my boss asked me to increase prices by 25% (because of increased shipping costs), I thought I was going to have to manually change every one of our over 400 products myself. But the Shopify ai led me to the app store and, after quickly acclimating myself to the app, I was able to make the change in a few short minutes rather than days. Thank you, Sami!

Great support had problem with revert back the price from the old duplicated task, Developer fix the problem in 30min guide me to use the app again, will recommand to anyone with price adjust needs.

Usar una app para editar precios masivamente siempre da un poco de respeto, pero Bulk Price Editor Sami lo hace todo súper fácil. La interfaz es limpia, clara y muy intuitiva, lo cual se agradece cuando manejas datos tan sensibles. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, es el equipo humano. Tuve una duda y el servicio técnico fue de lo más diligente y amable que he encontrado en mucho tiempo. Mención especial para la Sra. Haley, que es un auténtico encanto y tiene un toque divertido que te alegra el día. Da gusto trabajar con herramientas así y gente tan profesional Detrás. ¡Recomendadísima!

The app did exactly what we wanted and has amazing customer support. Haley sent me a detailed instructions on how to discount one variant in each product and which was easy to understand. Saved us a lot of effort really. Excellent app overall!

There are many methods offered by the app, so it was quite tricky for me at first. However, Haley was very helpful, and the app is actually fairly easy to understand once you know how to use each method. Once you figure it out, it’s a 10/10 experience.

The app works but its slow, however Haley helped me correct the problems. Lately on the revert it is not changing prices accurately or all of them are not reverting.
