Top merci efficace et pratique top, encore Merci

I was so overwhelmed trying to set a discount / sale price on over 70 products with different variations -literally spent hours and just about gave up. Then I googled how i could do this faster or at least a better way- and i found information on this Sami bulk price editor app. I had some questions- because i wasn't doing something right. I was suprised there was an agent available within 1 minute. Haley was super helpful. She was patient with me and gave me screen shots of the fields I need to update- and showing me how to update. After a couple of times of me doing it myself and still somehow messing it up- i finally got it. Like i said- Haley was very patient. Great customer service. You can tell they care about helping you out. Which I can't say that about many places these days. Thank you Haley.

I always contact customer service when I am unsure of something and they are super helpful and quick to respond, and always resolve my issues! The app is very useful and efficient thank you for being such a big help!
