Oh Campy Day! review for Hextom: Bulk Product Edit

I had a great discussion with Dhann, a human agent @ Hextom, who directed me in being able to bulk edit 11 products in my Shopify store that had not previously loaded successfully. He provided an effective solution and the remainder of my products were loaded as a result. The issue was an unrecognized "dash" symbol. It appears that not only was the situation fixed, but Hextom has made positive changes to the code involved so that all dashes are recognized in a bulk process ( i.e. bold, non-bolded, etc.) I appreciate the help to resolve this by Dhann, and also the decision by Hextom to provide a permanent fix to this issue! 5 stars!!!!
