Editor is not able to edit Image alt text of existing images. These are my experiences with the support of this company. I asked them roughly 5 times after that issue. Every conversation with them ended like that - it should work, please send us the file for testing. They have done nothing with the file and told me that it should work. After explaining them over and over what I want to do, they send it to discuss it with the team. After days I got an answer that it works now. No explanation what to do nothing. And guess it still does not work... Wasting hours with the support, and still not able to add image alt text to existing pictures. Thanks EU regulations!
I apologize for the issues editing the alt text of existing images, as we mentioned in our email conversation, the issue was fixed the same day it was sent to the development team. Looking through our messages it appears there was a two-week gap between our reply and your follow-up. Then, the same day we received your follow up message the issue was resolved.
