Everything worked fine and easy connecting with Shopify. My only concern is more with variations that need a little improvement to make it easier.

I had hundreds of products on Bulletin and wanted to get the app to sync the inventory with my Shopify shop. After installing the app all my products disappeared, there is 0 products left. I didn't see any warning that this would happen. New issue - Jan. 2025 (issue has been fixed - June 2025): the photos displayed on the Bulletin shop page are not the first photo from Shopify. New issue - June 2025: Some products don't display their photos on the shop page.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this situation must be, and we want to clarify that, as outlined in our setup flow, when integrating Bulletin with Shopify, your existing products on Bulletin are archived and replaced by those imported from Shopify to ensure all product details are synced for your convenience. We try to make this clear during the account connection process and in our instructional videos, but it seems this was missed. Please know that your products are not lost. If you decide to uninstall the integration, we can restore them. However, if you continue with the Bulletin Sales Channel, you’ll be syncing your products directly from Shopify. We’re happy to assist in getting everything set up correctly and ensuring your products are properly synced. A member of our support team has reached out to you, so please look out for that email. Regarding the images, that issue has been fixed but please let us know if you're still seeing a different primary image on your products. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to assisting you further!

Easy integration with shopify, easy maintenance and updates through the Bulletin site itsself, and AMAZING team response with questions and ideas for future improvements.

So far, so good! Pros: - Easy integration - Easy to de-select items from importing into Bulletin either in Bulk Edit or on a product's product page the same way you would select or deselect any Sales Channels - Items import into Bulletin in a "For Review" section under Products where you can edit each item's Title, Product Type, Lead Time, Unit Price, and Wholesale Price before choosing to activate it - Nothing is going to go live on Bulletin without you wanting it to. There is a good balance between making the integration easy and having enough failsafes that you don't do something unintended Possible concerns: - When you use the integration, items you already had listed in Bulletin supposedly become archived (haven't tried this yet) in order to prevent duplicate - If you integrate with a Shopify site that already has wholesale pricing, your prices will all get cut in half again, so you may need to adjust them manually before going live on Bulletin Will report back -- I've been on Bulletin since 2019 and have been asking for this for a long time!
