Bullion Returns Portal
The Bullion Returns Portal is a self-service return portal for fashion and apparel brands that offers exchange discounts, Shop Now discounts, and store credit bonuses on refunds. It allows customers to easily exchange for different sizes, colors, or variants, shop for new products, or receive store credit refunds. Merchants can set return policies, shipping options, and reasons, and track retained revenue from returns through a centralized dashboard.

Returns used to mean refunds. Now most of them turn into exchanges or store credit. Setup was fast, the customer-facing portal looks clean, and I haven't had a single complaint from shoppers about the process. Does exactly what it says. Super aweosome app as it saves money on returns and surely boosts brand recognition.
