Great app and great support team. Easy to use.

We've had this app for about a week and it's helped a ton with bundled/discounted items. I love that it sets inventory based on your components which removes so much of the headache we've been dealing with for the last few years! Support was also very helpful. My one suggestion would be to develop some sort of other bundling system for bundles/sets that are prepackage -- ex. we have a sealed bundle that we make in advance. Would be great to reserve components for those bundles since they were already made, instead of waiting till we get an order in to make the kit.

The app is very easy and useful and the support is nice and fast, I had some doubts on the use of boundles for products with more options and they explained me perfectly how to use the app in this case.

This app has been working perfectly for us over the last few months. It's easy to setup, has all the features we need and is still super simple and streamlined. I've had a few questions about coding and features, and Ian is always super responsive, generous with his answers, and helpful!

Amazing and simple app to use. Has helped us greatly with creating Bundles that come in so many different parts. Furthermore, the support is top notch. Customer service is always ready to help and they are super friendly. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone!

I don't think I ever got a faster reply from support, thanks a lot for solving my issue within no time! I've only just started using this app but from what it seems, this is exactly what I had been looking for.

My business is selling boxer shorts so multi packs is kind of my main business as no one buys a single pair of them. This app solved my whole stock management issue this multi packs caused. The main issue is that when you just have a different product set up for your 3 pack bundle, you won't have a combined inventory. With bundle kit I can create as many multi packs as and they all draw stock from the single product inventory. THIS IS AWESOME! Thanks for this app! Also to mention support is very fast

The app is straightforward enough, but the support is what sets them apart. We had an issue with the setup, I emailed the support and it got resolved within 45 minutes, which is really great!

I love it! The instructions seemed so simple that I initially thought - it can't be this easy. It was that easy. I can put up a photo with multiple product items and be able to sell each item by itself or as a set. Perfect!

Cool app, easy to use and with the stock level comparison from the standard range exactly what we need. After one day already sold the first bundle. By the way, it was the highest purchase online so far.

Really easy to set up and use and stock seems to refresh flawlessly. My biggest kudos however goes to the customer support who always answer my questions in a matter of hours and with enough detail that I can easily make the required changes to fix my issue. Big thanks to Ian!

Great support! Detailed an issue I was having with incorrect images showing up and shortly after Ian applied a fix and my issue was resolved.

The Big Brain Commerce Bundle Kit is simplicity itself. A quick and effective way to easily create a new Product (a Bundle) of more than 1 product and allows it to appear as 1 new Product in your Store. Well done!

We use the bundle kit app for several bundle builds on our site and I really love the flexibility of the product - there is a build option for nearly any configuration you need, and the platform is incredibly user-friendly and simple to navigate. Also, I've reached out a few times for support and always receive a response quickly with direction/feedback that's above and beyond what was asked or needed with clear explanations and expertise recommendations that clearly had thought and care put into them.

So far so good! I was easily able to change my currently bundled skus to pull from the individual products from my store. I like that I didn't have to delete my current product bundles set up in order to create these bundles on the app. I also like that I can test out the app for free and scale as my business grows. That's a win for me!

Much easier than similar apps to do what we need. It was easy to bundle multiple skus into a single sku that could then be discounted with a discount code. You would think this would be a simple thing, but most of the bundle apps could not do this. And when I had a question and emailed support, they got the answer back to me in less than 30 minutes! The only other apps I found to do this were less functional and/or more expensive.

Used to bundle mix & match items and bulk discounts. Really easy to set up and simple guides to take you through it step by step. Avoided the need to hire an expensive custom coder. Would recommend.
