Actually, I have requested support and Karen had helped me today. I should admit that she was excellent to respond my questions directly, fast and quickly solved all my questions. No struggle, no weird questions. Dİrectly solved my requests. and kindly replied many of my questions. And then finally the app is now in a type that we could use in our store where I couldn't find these much flexible features in other apps. The app seems really very useful. we are live now. I really thank to the app creators and the support I got.
