Their support button says "guaranteed replies within 12 hours" - this is absolutely a lie. The app is glitchy and doesn't work well. We go live in 3 days and they won't respond to my requests for help with the app. Will be uninstalling and getting something else as soon as possible.

Support is great! listen to feedback and impliment the changes. Its really easy to use and does the job. Mix and match works a treat. Very much look forward to new features they impliment.
This app has been a great addition to my site. I really like the way my customers are able to build their own bundles. I also appreciate the support team too. I asked to have the discounted total show up on checkout and they added it within a week. Great product.
