I've only been using this app for a short time, but my experience has been excellent so far. The support team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to finding solutions. That's something I really appreciate. What I like most is how easy it is to customize almost everything without needing complex code. After trying dozens of bundle apps that either did not meet my needs or were far too expensive to justify the single bundle I want to set up, I was thrilled to find BundleSuite! It offers a true mix & match bundle with sections and does NOT make selections in each section necessary. The bundle and discount settings are straightforward and super flexible. It took a little bit of time to configure the layout to match my store, but fine tuning with the help of their *immediate* support (I had responses within 30 seconds on two consecutive days!) was completely painless. Given the high price of some other full-featured apps, this one is a bargain...and the customer service is unmatched.
