Buunto – Delivery Date Picker

We've been using Buunto for some time at Sara's Flowers Phuket, and it has been one of the best decisions we've made for our business. As a flower delivery company, accurate addresses are absolutely critical. A vague or incorrect location can mean a failed delivery, an unhappy customer, and flowers arriving late. Buunto has virtually eliminated that problem for us. The app itself works exactly as advertised, but what truly sets Buunto apart is the team behind it. We had a unique challenge. Many of our customers don't know the exact address of the person they're sending flowers to. The recipient might be staying at a hotel, villa, or private residence that the sender cannot accurately describe. We contacted the Buunto team to see if there was any way to improve this workflow, and the response exceeded every expectation. They understood the problem immediately, suggested a practical solution, and built custom functionality specifically for our use case. The turnaround was incredibly fast, communication was excellent throughout the process, and when the feature was ready, it worked perfectly on the first real delivery. It felt like working with people who wanted our business to succeed and were happy to go the extra mile to help us. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare. Operating a brick and mortar floral shop on shopify has been a challenge when it comes to navigating the logistics of pickup and deliveries. I have used several apps over the years to control product and date restrictions and most of them have ended up causing more headaches. I recently switched to Buunto and used it to control the busiest floral holiday of the year. No complaints here and support has been extremely helpful and quick to help answer any questions.
